Nela Bártová

Mentor for Lampworking

Nela Bártová is a Prague-based artist working across sculpture, glass, sound, and poetry. She holds an MgA. from the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague (Sculpture 2 studio) and a BcA. from the Faculty of Fine Arts at Brno University of Technology. Her practice spans solo and group exhibitions across the Czech Republic and internationally, artist residencies including the Bild-Werk Frauenau glass symposium, and published poetry. Her debut collection was nominated for the Magnesia Litera award. At Kolodiumglass, she brings her sculptural background and glass experience gained during her study placement at UNARTE Bucharest (Glass studio) and the Bild-Werk Frauenau symposia.
